One example is the Colegio de San Luis Gonzaga (a high school) founded in 1842 in Cartago, during the mandate of General Francisco Moraz á n, by the Constituent Assembly, through decree XCVIII of September 10, 1842, as a school for boys. It is named after Saint Louis Gonzaga, who was declared by Pope Benedict XIII as the patron of youth.
