4. Draft: First Phase Duration: 1 week approx.

The client is presented, through a face-to-face or virtual meeting, with the architectural distribution proposal designed from the preliminary studies and adjusted within the predefined construction area. Consequently, an exchange of ideas takes place to evolve the proposal if necessary.

5. Draft: Second Phase Duration: 1 week approx.

Once the distribution is approved, the details of the three dimensionality of the project are refined, from which photorealistic images and a virtual tour emerge to clearly show the design of the facades and architectural spaces to the client. This is delivered to you in a complete document with the preliminary studies and final version of the draft.

6. Construction plans and technical specifications Duration: 2 weeks approx.

The construction plans are prepared based on the draft, in which the structure, electrical and mechanical systems and others that may be required are designed in an integral way. They indicate all the technical specifications for the construction. After completing the drawing of the plans, we proceed to set a face-to-face or virtual meeting with the client to give him a brief induction on reading the plans and to review their details.
