7. Procedures and permits. Duration: 1 month approx.

Once the construction plans are ready and the documentary requirements of the reviewing institutions are available, the procedure is sent through the APC system in institutions such as the CFIA, the Municipality and others that are required to obtain the construction permit for the project.

8. Bank budget.

In the case of clients who opt for bank financing for the construction of the project, a budget is made as required by the lending entity.

9. Construction.

At the beginning, the client is given a work schedule with which he can check the weekly progress of the construction of the project. We will take care of ensuring that we adhere to this, and for everything necessary in the project: labor, the acquisition of construction materials, quality supervision, and of course, answering questions and attending to customer requests.
