VITAMIN C INFUSION -

2 green apples 2 tomatoes 2 oranges 2 carrots 1 tangerine 200 ml orange juice 8 cubes of ice

Peel and remove seeds from apples and tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Peel and scrape the carrots. Peel the oranges and tangerine and cut in small pieces. Place the apples, tomatoes, carrots and tangerine in the blender along with the orange juice. Blend until you get a homogeneous blend. You could add brown sugar at this point but healthier if you don ´ t.

GREEN SMOOTHIE -

1 cup of spinach or kale 2 celery stalks 2 oranges 2 cups of water 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 avocados 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

Place 2 cubes of ice per glass served. You can decorate the glasses with mint leaves.

Wash the spinach and celery well, and squeeze the oranges. Open the avocados and remove the contents except the avocado seed.

Put all the ingredients in the blender except the chia seeds and blend until uniformly blended.

Serve and decorate with the chia seeds on top.
