Mr. Neil, as I understand it you made the decision to move to Costa Rica in 2006. Had you visited before and what made you choose the South Pacific area? I first visited Costa Rica in 1991 on a sabbatical trip and I discovered what a special country Costa Rica and its people are. I returned on other trips to Costa Rica and found the southern pacific zone offered everything that my wife and I were looking for and we moved here in 2006. Yes we are always very busy but I manage an early morning sunrise surf most days when the tide is right. My wife loves animals and her passion is to spend time looking after our nine ad opted stray dogs. We never get bored spending time relaxing watching the profusion of wildlife all around our home.

What I have experienced working in Costa Rica is the dream lifestyle, the pleasure to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, and working within this and all the new experiences of a differ ent culture. We have enjoyed working and growing and expanding our knowl edge & experience together with my wife and the YouGetHere team. Tell me some more about your team? Well we are a dedicated team lead by my wife & myself, incidentally my wife is the best trouble shooter and fixer I know! The rest of the team is made up of a sharp group of multi-lingual Costa Ri can and international professionals from various countries, bringing a rich mix of cultural views and ideas to our team. Af ter years of working together our team communicates and operates with a level of synergy and happiness that is uncom mon in business nowadays. What do you think is the secret to the success of your business? Well our aim is to give our guests the wonderful experience of a special vaca tion enjoying all the pleasures of Costa Rica. This foremost necessitates pro viding a great property. Our standards of cleanliness and attention to detail are second to none. Our guests comfort is our number one priority and there is only one secret to that…hard work! We work tirelessly to maintain our high stan dards.
